Dear visitor,
out of pure genuine interest in your persona I was wondering - just the other day - if you’re a magazine reading type? And if so, what would be your favourite must-reads?
Obviously these can be both international or extremely local even, your regional newspaper might serve you up the latest on-point from time to time, anything goes.
Let me start this one off by summing up my fav’s, not saying I read them entirely, but these are the ones I just have to through:

- (Focus) Knack
- Humo
- Voxer
- Vice

Not that impressive, I know, but what did you expect? I’m an online native baby!
On-Point Podcast
- National Geographic (for the history bits)
- Klasse (magazine for teachers, but mostly i flip through the pages)
- Fiets, Cyclosprint (cycling magazines)
- Knack, Focus Knack and Knack Weekend (at my parents)
- ‘t Gazetje van Lendlee (wekelijkse updates on my hometown)

- DSM: De Standaard Magazine
- Over en Weer: scoutsmagazine voor leiding
- Focus Knack
- Advertising/Marketing stuff,…
Voila, thats about it on a regular basis speaking offcourse. I also like Humo but don’t buy it so not in my list…

omdat ik de beelden verwerk, bekijk ik dan achteraf gedrukte exemplaren van:
-de weekbode ( !!! ), roeselaarse krant
-focus knack (knack, weekend knack)
-sportmagazine
-trends
en verder:
-waxpoetics, uiteraard!
-american splendor
-grand royal magazine
en euh… sporadisch gebeurt het hier dat er een flair of dergelijk wijvenboekje op de ontbijttafel openligt, mira natuurlijk!

Wijvenboekskes, ventenboekskes, bricodoehetzelfboekskes, keukenprinsessenboekskes, knutselboekskes, filmboekskes, fotoboekskes, natuurboekskes,… ik leze gerne boekskes! Heb nie echt favoriete boekskes, ik koop wat mij op dat moment aanstaat (en wat mijn budget toelaat). Als ik dan toch namen moet geven: DAMn (onlangs ontdekt) en Bravo (Braziliaans magazine, helaas moet ik dit nu online lezen).

My magazines are mostly in Finnish but to name a few:
Trendi www.trendi.fi
Image www.image.fi (also other magazines from the same publisher: Muoto and Mondo)
For being a fashion loving, typical girl also Vogue (prefer the French version for the language)

onder lichte dwang van alex, ziehier mijn wekelijkse portie leesvoer:
knack en afgeleiden: thuis
de standaard en afgeleiden: ook thuis
humo: bij de hippe bomma
story en dag allemaal: bij de iets minder hippe bomma
en in zeldzame momenten van zwakte kan er al eens een verdwaalde flair tussenzitten.

‘t is haast niet te geloven wat voor ‘n elitair en exclusief publiek je blog frequenteert Lloyd. Al die highbrow magazines, die speciallekes, hippe boekskes… en bij de paar die ‘t durven toegeven af en toe een “mijn god hoe komt dit hier terecht” flair, story…
Maar goed, ‘t is laat en zo.

As for the WaxPoetics question, you can get them in all MusicMania’s and in bxl you cna get them at Alice, if you’re lucky. Not an easy find anymore, indeed.
